HOUSE of PARENTING
Parenting support, drawn from years of experience working with families
If you are exhausted by the “big emotions” and unsure how to respond to the “in-the-moment” challenges of parenting, you are not alone. I support parents in bridging the gap between parenting theory and daily life, strengthening the foundation of the parent–child relationship in the early years.

My work begins with listening—understanding your family, your values, and the relationship you have with your child. Many parents come to me after trying many things that don’t seem to work, feeling stuck and overwhelmed, while managing their child’s intense emotions alongside daily responsibilities, time pressure, and busy schedules. At the same time, children move through different developmental stages that can make everyday moments feel harder than expected. I believe that understanding the “why” behind behavior changes everything. Child development is a process, and it doesn’t always meet our adult expectations in the moment. This simple shift — from reacting to understanding — can turn even the hardest moments into genuine opportunities for connection.

Together, we look at the reality of your daily life—highlighting what’s already working while uncovering why certain patterns keep repeating. We’ll explore how factors like stress, exhaustion, and timing shape your home, using those insights to identify small, intentional shifts. By building on your existing strengths, the goal is to create more clarity for you and a path toward navigating intense moments in a more grounded way. There is no such thing as perfect parenting; I support parents in responding and communicating more clearly in ways that strengthen their relationship with their child and feel aligned with who their child is.

My approach is grounded in child development and shaped by years of working with families, with deep respect for children as capable and for each family’s unique needs. Over time, I’ve observed that when parents feel more supported and less alone, children often benefit from a home environment that feels more responsive and connected—supporting their cognitive, social, and emotional growth. This support often extends beyond the parent–child relationship, shaping how parents feel within themselves and in daily family life.
